West of Des Moines

A little over half the way to Grand Teton NP. We’re still hoping to get there tonight. It’s Marina’s first time driving, there’s a lot of traffic and it’s pouring rain. We’ve been on the road for 22 hours.  

Has anyone ever told you there’s a LOT of corn in Iowa?
